David Cooper

David has a background in leadership and cost savings implementations, including reducing expenses by $32.4 million dollars in a 3 year period for a major semiconductor company. David is extremely effective in establishing client relationships based on creating an environment of mutual trust. David has a solid record of achievement in accounting, tax, and project management with strong strategic planning, negotiating and marketing skills.

David served 10 years in the semiconductor industry working with two of the worlds largest companies in that industry. After the semiconductor industry, David ventured into the defense industry were he assumed responsibility for several well known companies and projects capturing a few more million dollars in cost savings.

David has been instrumental in capturing millions of dollars in cost savings or reductions for individuals, business both small and large through tax and accounting help, revenue recovery, inventory control, should cost analysis, contract negotiations and vendor management within his  tax and accounting, procurement and management roles.

David has been an accountant since 2004. He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

David holds as a Bachelors of Science in Business- Accounting
